Absentee Ballot Application Process

  • Fill Out the Application

    Log into the Georgia My Voter Page and select “Click here for absentee ballot application” under Absentee Ballot Request Information. Print the PDF and fill it out with the correct information.

    Provide your full name, the date of the election (Nov 2, 2021), your permanent and/or temporary address (temporary address must be in different county than permanent), date of birth, phone number/email, and signature (or caregiver’s signature).

    DRIVER’S LICENSE OR STATE ID NUMBER IS NOW REQUIRED

  • Send the Application
